Rolf Haudenschild is the co-founder of Ingenia. In addition to manging Ingenia, Rolf supports financial institutions in wealth management, fund management, and fintech in obtaining their licence, assists in challenging compliance tasks and supervises internal audits.
Rolf is recognised for his expertise and practical support in compliance with regulatory requirements under the Securities and Futures Act 2001, the Financial Advisers Act 2001 and the Payments Services Act 2019. Drawing on his experience in legal and compliance with leading global and Asian private banks and a regulator, Rolf is keenly aware of regulatory risks and provides robust regulatory solutions. At the same time, Rolf’s own entrepreneurship ensures that solutions are practical, namely for smaller financial institutions, while his affinity for fintech and regtech keeps efficient and effective, cutting-edge solutions in view.
Rolf has extensive experience in regulatory compliance. He has assisted external asset managers, fund managers and payment service providers in their licensing. He has established compliance frameworks for these new financial institutions and enhanced frameworks of existing financial institutions to accommodate regulatory developments and changes in their business. He has drafted policies and procedures and created controls across regulatory topics such as corporate governance, anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism, marketing and distribution, conduct, assessment of outsourced service providers, and the confirmation of accredited investors. In parallel, he is advising financial institutions on the regulatory requirements for their business and changes therein by assisting them in answering regulatory inquiries as well as the creation and implementation of suitable processes.
Rolf lectures on financial regulations and is a regular speaker on regulatory topics. He has teaching engagements with the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore and the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich. In addition, he provided trainings in compliance for financial institutions, at the Singapore Politech, and the University of Liechtenstein as well as on regtech with the Singapore FinTech Association and presents regularly in the Hubbis Compliance in Asian Wealth Management Forum, and the Association of Independent Asset Managers.
Fadzlun is an experienced senior front and middle office professional with more than 14 years of experience in the Financial Industry. With an exceptional track record in leading change and innovation in business controls and requirements by both foreign and local regulators, such as FACTA, CRS, PDPA and AML notices

He interacts frequently with RegTech providers to evaluate and enhance processes to achieve scale and simplify compliance tasks. He has experience with Robotic Process Automation to automate simple compliance surveillance and processes to elevate compliance officers to higher-level tasks.
Vijay has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. Vijay spent a significant part of his career with a global fund management company working across finance, risk management and governance in different countries and, ultimately, as Regional Head of Operational Risk for APAC. He then moved into payment services, where he developed the compliance program and managed compliance as Head of Compliance and Regional Head of Compliance respectively for two payment services companies dealing with fiat and cryptocurrencies.
Vijay has extensive experience in operational risk, governance, and regulatory compliance. He led organisation-wide operational risk initiatives and established frameworks to identify, measure and mitigate operational risk. In addition, he worked alongside the leadership team to develop risk appetite and key risk indicators to identify and effectively manage risks. He also established compliance frameworks for payment companies and developed policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. He drafted policies and procedures and created controls across regulatory topics such as anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism, screening, transaction monitoring (fiat and on chain), outsourcing and business continuity. He worked with payment companies in submitting the license application to the authorities.

Stephanie has approximately seven years of AML compliance experience. Before returning to Singapore, she worked in law firms in the United Kingdom. Gradually, she transitioned to compliance, now her main area of expertise. As an ambitious professional, she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and has obtained extensive training and compliance qualifications from the International Compliance Training Academy and the Association of Anti-Money Laundering Specialists.
Before joining Ingenia, Stephanie was mostly employed as an in-house compliance officer. Stephanie has conducted numerous employee training sessions, independently conducted complex investigations, and managed end-to-end compliance matters. In addition, she has independently provided compliance advice for businesses and handled multiple ongoing projects.
Phoebe has more than 8 years of AML and regulatory compliance experience in the financial industry, having been an in-house compliance officer in various types of financial institutions/companies in the financial industry (i.e. a bank, a fund administrator, and financial institutions in the capital markets space, namely a corporate finance advisory firm and a brokerage house), before joining Ingenia.
Phoebe is well-versed in the regulatory requirements under the Securities and Futures Act 2001 and the Financial Advisers Act 2001, having had substantial experience developing and enhancing compliance frameworks, providing compliance advice with regard to the relevant regulations, driving regulatory applications for licenses in relation to capital markets services (“CMS”), and liaising with regulatory authorities and addressing their queries, for financial institutions.
Maurice has more than 10 years’ experience in the financial services industry including consulting firms with special focus on regulatory compliance, AML/CFT and due diligence.
He has assisted numerous clients in the application of CMS License or RFMC, drafting of Risk Management Framework, Compliance Manuals, and other policies and procedures, communication with MAS, updating on MAS related regulatory changes, conducting internal audit and/or MAS mock inspections.
In addition, Maurice has also been involved in several secondment engagements during his tenure in the consulting space which provided a wider and in-depth exposure within the inner workings of an FMC.
He has conducted and spearheaded several compliance initiatives such as AML related review and assessments as well as providing tailor-made training, including but not limited to AML/CFT and Sanctions, Personal Dealings Rules, Internal Practices and MAS Regulatory Obligations. Maurice is well-versed in the areas of MAS various rules and regulations including the Securities and Futures Act (“SFA”), Financial Advisors Act (“FAA”) and the various Notices, Guidelines and industry practice.
As a lead manager, Maurice has experience in leading, nurturing and training his past team members in order to provide expert solutions to all consulting clients.
Adib Fajar is an Associate with Ingenia Consultants Pte. Ltd. Focusing predominantly on internal audits, he evaluates the design and efficiency of financial institutions, such as fund management companies, and trust business companies against regulatory requirements and their internal policies and procedures.
In addition, Adib assists various financial institutions in the assessment of their customers for anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism purposes in their onboarding and ongoing monitoring.
